Invite-only access
Gray Beard Ventures operates an invite-only venture intelligence network. Access, invitations, profile review, matching, introductions, and communications remain subject to eligibility, verification, and network discretion.
Authorized information
You may only submit information that you are authorized to share. You are responsible for keeping submitted company, fund, contact, profile, and communications information accurate and current.
Responsible use
Network information, member profiles, diligence materials, introductions, and workflow outputs may only be used for lawful business purposes connected to the Gray Beard Ventures network. Do not scrape, resell, redistribute, or misuse network information.
No investment advice
Gray Beard Ventures may surface venture intelligence, workflow context, and curated introductions. The service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, securities, or investment advice, and it does not guarantee financing, investment, deal completion, or member outcomes.
Communications
By requesting access or accepting an invitation, you agree to receive transactional communications related to verification, account status, review, invitations, network operations, and security. You can request changes to email preferences from any email footer.
Changes and termination
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue access to the service or these terms as the network evolves. We may remove access when use conflicts with these terms, security requirements, legal obligations, or network trust.
